Comprehensive review of your history, meds, testing, prior AME/FAA notes, and risks. You receive a written Document Plan with required reports, suggested wording for physician letters, and recommended testing.

Deferral/Denial Response Pack

We organize evidence, draft pilot narratives, outline physician letter criteria, and assemble a clean submission packet tailored to FAA expectations.

AME Prep & Mock Exam

We prepare you for your AME visit: what to say, what to bring, what not to guess on. Includes a mock “hot-seat” Q&A.

Records & Physician Coordination (Add-On)

We request and organize medical records, provide physicians with letter criteria, and review drafts for completeness.

Ongoing Case Management (Monthly)

For complex or time-extended cases (cardiac, neuro, HIMS), we manage timelines, renewals, and FAA follow-ups

HIMS Program Navigation

If alcohol/substance history requires HIMS, we help you find a HIMS AME, map program steps (monitoring, testing, sponsor letters), and manage documentation cadence.

Special Issuance (SI) Strategy & Renewals

Plan initial SI requirements and set up a renewal rhythm (tracking labs, reports, follow-ups) so each year is simpler

SODA & Functional Testing

When appropriate, we coordinate with AME and flight testing resources, and package outcomes for FAA review to assist getting a SODA.
